CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hour notice for cancellation or reschedule. We understand life happens, however we reserved this time for you to get your tan. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your visit we will have to charge a $15 cancellation fee and must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment. Exceptions include sudden illness as we know that is hard to avoid and please contact us as soon as possible. No show policy incurs if a client does not show up for their appointment time 15 minutes after scheduled appointment without any communication. No show results in a $15 no show fee that must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
